Dr. M. Manikandan, Dean, Bioscience completed his doctoral degree in Biotechnology from Bharathiar University in the research area of “Molecular Taxonomy” and “Natural Products”. He is having good experience in the area of “Polyphasic Taxonomic Approach” and “Statistical Optimization of Biological Process”. Totally, he is having more than Two decades of Teaching and Research experience, 25 research papers in reputed international journals and published Books Chapters with renowned publishers.
He has received grants from various funding agencies such as DBT, AICTE, TNSCST and INSA to carry out Research works and to conduct Faculty development programme and seminar. He was awarded with “INSA Visiting Scientist 2024” award and Summer Research Fellowship Programme 2019 at Indian Institute of Technology-Madras, Chennai, sponsored by IAS, INSA and NAS, India. Currently five scholars carrying their Ph.D research work under his supervision. Also he is the members of various scientific communities like Microbiology Society (UK), SBC (IISc), ADNAT (CCMB) and NABS. He also contributed to IQAC, NIRF, NAAC, UBA, Institutional Swachh Ranking, etc.,

Dr. O.M. SARAVANAKUMAR, M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D., M.E., is the Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Systems having 20 years of service in teaching. He holds Ph.D in thin-film technology from Bharathiar University and presented many papers at various national and international conferences. He has published many papers in National and International peer reviewed journals with good impact factor also supervised 8 M.Phil students in the field of VLSI and Embedded systems.
He has attended training programs in the latest fields of Electronics like Automotive Electronics, VLSI and Material Science. He has organized many workshops, seminars and symposiums and having the life membership in Indian Society of systems for Science and engineering (ISSE).

Dr. Rinsey Antony V. A. is a distinguished academic and expert in Costume Design and Fashion, with over 14 years of experience in the field. She holds an impressive range of qualifications, including an M.Sc., M.Phil., DCAD., and Ph.D., all contributing to her comprehensive mastery of the subject. She has been recognized as a GOLD MEDALIST during her undergraduate studies, where she also received FIRST proficiency in the subject.
During her post-graduation, she earned FIRST proficiency in Textiles and Fashion Apparel. Additionally, she qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2008 and the State Eligibility Test (SET) in 2016, marking her academic excellence and commitment to education. Her expertise covers various aspects of fashion and costume design, blending technical knowledge with creative innovation. Dr. Rinsey has authored 15 peer-reviewed journal articles, secured 8 publications in Scopus-indexed journals, 3 book chapters and contributed to 1 Web of Science publication. She holds 3 patents, reflecting her innovative contributions to the field. Her work has been widely recognized, with 61 citations, an h-index of 4, and an i-index of 2. As the Head of the Department of Costume Design, Dr. Rinsey is dedicated to preparing the next generation of fashion professionals by integrating academic excellence with industry demands. Her forward-thinking approach ensures students are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in a rapidly evolving industry. Her passion for education and her commitment to producing industry-ready graduates have made her a leader in her field. By focusing on innovation, creativity, and real-world applications, she continues to elevate the Costume Design and Fashion course, making it one of the most sought-after programs in the academic community.

The Department of Catering Science and Hotel Management is headed by Mr. G. Sathish Kumar (” A Passionate Professor & A Professional Bartender! “). He has 18+ years of extensive experience in the Hospitality industry covering diverse areas in Food Beverage and Service. Designing and Facilitating Courses for Food and Beverage Services from basics to advanced levels of assessment for students. Passionate about fostering a hands-on learning environment that combines academic theory with practical industry exposure.
Established strong industry partnerships with leading hotels and F&B outlets, providing students with valuable internship opportunities and career placements in and around the country. Organized numerous workshops, guest lectures, and hospitality events by inviting industry leaders to share insights with students. Spearheaded the launch of innovative student-run hospitality ventures such as mock restaurants and catering services to provide real-world experiences with the institution.

Dr. P.T. Saleendran is a distinguished professor of psychology with over 30 years of teaching and research experience. Specializing in Counselling and clinical psychology, Dr. P.T. Saleendran has worked extensively in therapeutic settings, treating individuals with a range of mental health disorders. His real-world clinical expertise enhances his teaching, as he brings practical insights into the classroom, bridging theory and practice for his students.
Dr. P.T. Saleendran has published more than 40 articles at National and International journals and also has guided more than 13 PhD. Scholars. Dr. P.T. Saleendran also offered training programs focused on Anxiety Management, Assertiveness Training, Creativity, Career Development, Stress Management, Self-Development, Personality Development, and SPSS. His dual role as a clinician and educator makes him a valuable asset to both his students and the psychology field.
