The Department of Mathematics at SKASC was established as an interdisciplinary department in 1997. The B.Sc. Mathematics program started in 2012, followed by the M.Sc. in Mathematics with Big Data in 2015. The department was elevated into a research department by offering M.Phil. programme in 2018 and PhD programme in the year 2021. The department is empowered by talented and experienced team of faculty members who strive to provide students with a strong mathematical background, equipping them for successful career opportunities. It also aims to enrich young aspirants with a solid foundation in mathematical knowledge.
