As per the regulation, the students who have failed in CIA are asked to repeat the CIA in the subsequent semester. CIA Arrear Examinations will be conducted in the department.
HEADS ARE ASKED TO INFORM THE PASSED OUT STUDENTS ABOUT CIA ARREAR FEE PAYMENT.
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Last date for paying CIA Arrear Exam fees is(30.07.2025) Wednesday.
- CIA Arrear Application Form is available on the College website from (19.07.2025) Saturday.
- Due to the inactive Mail ID of passed out students it is not possible for the students to pay the arrear fees online. The student is requested to fill the arrear application form in College website and bring it along with them while they pay the arrear fees atCOE Section.
- No more extension of dates for payment of fees will be encouraged.

- If any passed out students enquire about CIA Arrear fees payment, please ask them to contact COE Section.

INSTRUCTIONS :

- The Students are asked to pay the amount Online through the website. Submit Arrear Application and payment receipt to the Class Tutor’s without fail.
- Class Tutor’s are asked to submit the hard copy of Class wise Arrear Application and payment receipt to COE Section on or before 31.07.2025 (Thursday).
- No more extension of dates for payment of fees will be encouraged.
- The Time Table will be put up on the college website 15 days before the commencement of examination.
- Class Tutors are asked to inform the students about the Arrear Examination.
