Smt. S. Malarvizhi, currently serves as the Chairperson and Managing Trustee of VLB Trust. She is a trailblazer in the field of Higher Education and development, fostering 21st century methodologies. She manages two autonomous engineering colleges, namely Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology and Sri Krishna College of Technology, along with two arts and science colleges, Sri Krishna Arts and Science College (Autonomous) and Sri Krishna Adithya College of Arts and Science. Additionally, she oversees one Government aided polytechnic, Sri Krishna Polytechnic College. Together, these institutions provide quality education to over 25,000 students annually.
The colleges have achieved high rankings in NIRF, consistently securing positions within the Top 100. She has also established an IT company, Sri Krishna ITech and Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd, to provide IT and IT-enabled services. In addition, she holds Directorship positions in various companies, including those in the Agro Farm, Property Holding, and Software Technology sector.
As a trustee, she is associated with Avinashilingam Trust – Institute of Higher Education and Home Science for Women, Uyir – A Social Service Organization for Road safety, Santhalinga Adigalar Hospital Trust, and Global Kongu Foundation – For Youth Empowerment.
Smt. S. Malarvizhi is associated with many professional associations and holds high positions. She serves as the Senior Vice President of Educational Promotion Society of India, New Delhi, and is a current Syndicate Member of Anna University, Chennai. In recognition of her dedicated service to society, ASSOCHAM New Delhi has honored her with a Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Times of India Group has conferred upon her the EDUICON Award.

Mr. K. Adithya, B.E., MOB (AUS), is the Trustee and Secretary of the VLB Trust. The trust manages five educational institutions, including two engineering colleges, two arts and science colleges, and a polytechnic college. He is a director in several IT, property holdings and agro farms. Shri K. Adithya is a prominent industrialist and has established multiple companies and is expanding his business footprints globally.
Dr. K. Sundararaman, M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D.

Dr. K .Sundararaman, M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D. has 48 years of academic experience in various institutions. He completed his schooling in Sub Urban Higher Secondary School, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore. He did his graduation and Post-Graduation in PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. He did his M.Phil. in Madras University and Ph.D. from Bharathiar University. Started his professional career as Assistant Professor in PSG college of Arts and Science in 1974 and served for 30 years. He came out of VRS in the year 2004, the position held at that time was Head – Department of Commerce and Professor in-charge of Self Financing courses. He joined as a Principal in Sri Krishna Arts and Science College, Coimbatore in the year 2004 and served till 2015. In 2015 he assumed the responsibility as Chief Executive Officer of Sri Krishna Institutions managing two Arts and Science Colleges and Two Engineering Colleges and one polytechnic College which has a strength of more than 25,000. Currently he is the CEO of Sri Krishna Institutions.
