Dr. Suresh Balasubramanian, Head, Department of Bioscience has completed his Ph. D in Biodegradation of low density polyethylene at Central Electro Chemical Research Institute (CSIR - CECRI), Karaikudi. He is having 1.5 years of Industrial Experience and 16 years of teaching and research experience. His fields of interest are Biodegradation, Immunology & Clinical Microbiology. He is the “Lead Auditor” [ISO 22000:2005] in Food Safety Management Systems. He served as a member, PG Board of Studies, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He also associated himself as a member in various scientific societies. He published 4 international full length research papers. He has participated and presented several research papers in various National and International Conferences & Symposia.
