Consumer Protection Club:
The Consumer Protection Club at Sri Krishna Arts and Science College in Coimbatore is actively involving students in a range of activities designed to raise awareness and carry out various initiatives targeting the community, as well as students from schools and colleges. These club activities also emphasize the crucial aspects of the Consumer Protection Act, including the most recent amendments, while also providing students with information about the National Consumer Helpline. Additionally, the club has organized a tree planting event to promote a shift toward clean energy sources and has conducted an exhibition on food adulteration for school children, employing a variety of strategies to safeguard consumers.

Objectives:
The primary goals include enlightening both consumers and students about diverse strategies utilized for their protection in accordance with consumer rights. Additionally, the aim is to delineate their responsibilities as outlined in the Consumer Protection Act. The emphasis is on highlighting practical approaches to address consumer issues effectively.

Theme of the Activities:
The activities center around themes such as Consumer Protection, Compliance with Food Safety and Standard Regulations, and overall safeguarding of consumer rights.
